I am so heartbroken to see the devastation that the people
of the southeastern United States have had to endure this
week. They are in my thoughts and prayers.

Whenever something terrible happens to anyone in the
world, it affects us all. It can make us feel helpless. What
can we do?

The only thing we can do to help is through donations or
hands-on relief work if possible... but if that is not possible
there is still much more we can do. We can help by sending
prayers or healing energies.

Never underestimate how powerful you are. Your thoughts
do create. By sending positive thoughts and prayers, which
is energy, to those who need the help it will make a positive
difference. Please take a few moments to do that.
